Insurance business needs competent sales force called FA (Financial Associates) as they are assigned to do a very tough job that is selling invisible product with zero tangible value. Therefore, it deserves an efficient management practice to utilize its frontline human resources. There is plenty of communication attached to the insurance job and that is generated by increasing number of competition in this sector. To meet the sales target FAs need to work on a structural format like planning, preparation and scheduling visit to the targeted people on daily and weekly basis, offer various product on the targeted people, and need to minimize manual task as much as possible.
